SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING is being scheduled by the BOARD OF TRUSTEES for SUNDAY JANUARY 28, 2024 at 1:00PM CST at the NORTH TEXAS HINDU MANDIR (10309 Baronne Circle | Dallas, TX | 75039). 

This SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING is being called to discuss a specific agenda topic, in accordance with section 3.3.1 of the Bylaws. During the Annual General Meeting held on 17 December 2023, a motion was passed to table the Board of Trustees and By-Laws Amendments portion of that Agenda for a later date. The purpose of the SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING meeting is to discuss the tabled agenda items from the Annual General Meeting.  

The Board of Trustees will preside over the following Agenda:

• - Board of Trustees Annual Report

• - Seating New Trustee for 5 year term (2024-2029)

• - Amendments to the By-Laws 

Proxy forms from the Annual General Meeting will not be carried over to apply to this meeting.

Please make every effort to attend on 28JANUARY @ 1PM as per Section 3.3.3 of the NTHM By-Laws "The quorum for such a meeting shall be a simple majority of Qualified Members present."
